The Seven Species were known as the staple foods consumed by the Jewish people in the biblical Land of Israel. They are presented here in a geometric layout, interrupted by a flowing stream. Inspired by imagery taken from the Middle Eastern landscape and painting of the late Austrian artist Gustav Klimt.

Made through hand drawn techniques combined with digital collage. Printed on fine art Somerset paper in archival giclée inks.
